DEPOSIT
Introducing Our Salon Policies:
Deposits and Rescheduling Appointments
We’d like to share the rules that apply to deposits and rescheduling your booked appointments at our salon. Please read carefully to avoid any misunderstandings in the future.
1) Deposits A deposit of €10 or €50 (depending on the type of appointment) is required when booking.
If you decide to cancel your appointment for any reason, please note:
• Refunds are only available if cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• If you cancel within 72 hours, the deposit is non-refundable.
• Any future booking will require a new deposit.
2) Rescheduling Appointments You can reschedule your appointment a maximum of 2 times.
• If you request a third rescheduling, you will lose your deposit.
• If no deposit was initially paid, you will be required to pay a deposit before making any further changes.
• Additional rescheduling beyond this point will also result in the loss of your deposit.
Please familiarize yourself with these policies to avoid surprises in the future. Once a deposit is lost, it cannot be recovered.
